Absoluteley dissapointing, I was initially 'upgraded' to a cramped room that felt like a joke. The bathroom was a cold disaster, showering was like playing roulette with hot water. Not to mention, no one alerted me about the lack of an elevator before I lugged my bags up. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Perfect Location and Stylish Comfort
I had a fantastic time staying here! The location is unbeatable, right on Krakowskie Przedmieście, making it super convenient to explore both the Castle and market square, all while being a bit away from the busyness. My room was spacious with high ceilings, and the bathroom had an impressive selection of quality products. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which might be tough for some, especially with heavy luggage.
